The gym is disappointingly small and poorly equipped!!! The elevators are annoyingly slow, leading to unnecessary waits!!! The lobby couches need serious improvement for comfort and support!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Solace Hotel Santiago! The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, they loved the views and it was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with cozy bedding and a nice setup for the kids.

Parking was a bit limited.

The Superior King Room was super comfortable. The bed was dreamy with nice white linens, perfect for a good night's sleep. There were plenty of outlets, which was great for charging devices. The minibar was well-stocked and everything inside was complimentary. The Wi-Fi was solid too. Overall, it felt modern and clean. Worth noting, the shower could use better drainage, but that didn’t ruin the overall vibe.
